Looking for an alternative way to "switch off" after your working week?

Lay back and unwind while I bathe you in the nourishing vibrations of himalayan bowls, crystal bowls and therapeutic percussion . I’ll be facilitating a more traditional method of sound in this session, the method I studied with the British Academy of Sound Therapy, which has been proven to relax the body and soothe the mind :) I aim to induce dream like states, to sleep while awake, to nourish the nervous system and slow down the brain.
